I went through the stages of removing the master cylinder. I disconnected the lines, removed access brake fluid, removed the mounting bolts. Now it is like the master cylinder is welded to the firewall, it just wont budge. I have even tried a crowbar with no result.

Good afternoon,

It or the seal is stuck between the booster and the master cylinder. You will need to get a screwdriver between the master and the booster.

If that does not work, you may need to replace the booster as well.

Can you upload a picture?

Wow, that is rusted in there.

Try prying it from each side and top and bottom to release it. If the does not work the booster will have to be replaced as well.
