Is the master cylinder cap supposed to be loose my brake pedal feels soft I've recently replaced pads all way around and noticed that when I put fluid in reservoir the cap doesn't feel tight like any other vehicle I've owned haven't had the vehicle very long and trying to go over it and repair things as needed
