I'm in a bind I need my car done ASAP, but I can't figure out how to dislodge the speed sensor and I can't afford to replace it too. Plus I've got a leak and I'm pretty sure it's from the CV axle I just had replaced the other day. So my question(s) are:

Is there any tricks to dislodge the speed sensor with out breaking it?

Or

Is there any way to fill it from the drain plug? Like with a hose or something?

Good morning,

I attached the procedure for changing the fluid and filling it back up.

No, you cannot fill it from the drain plug at all. The sensor is the access for the filling procedure. After release, the connector and the hold-down bolt, twist it with a pair of pliers. That should release the o-ring. That o-ring is what is holding up the process.
