I recently took off the plenum on the engine to expose the fuel injectors and when I took the plenum off I had fuel sitting in number 5 and 6. My question is, is this normal or not because I'm not sure. Please help. I am currently working on it now.
Thank you

Good afternoon,

No it is not normal. That tells me either the o-ring from the injector to the fuel rail is bad or the injector itself is leaking.

Turn the key to on and see where the fuel leak is located. Be careful not to crank the motor.

Roy can I do this? I have the battery disconnected. I have all these things unplugged because I'm all the way down at the fuel injectors. I have now just pulled a fuel injector rail is it still okay to turn the key and see if there's a fuel leak?

Not now. Too much undone.

Remove the two injectors affected by the leak. If the o-rings are not damaged, replace the injectors.
