Making grinding noise when I turn left

The power steering fluid is a little low.

Hi,

Top up the fluid if it is low as insufficient fluids can result in noises when turning the steering. Note: also the condition of the fluid. If it very dirty, fluid movement could be restricted due to clogging of filter in the reservoir.
The other thing to note is where is the noise coming from and is it related to the steering. There are many possible causes of grinding noises while turning and we need to locate the source first.
