Initially the battery was bad so we replaced it. We had a turbo code P2563 related to the turbo sensor. Once you takeoff it will put you in limp mode. You deleted then and you can drive all day no issues. Then I found that the turbo boot was torn and tapped from before, so I replaced it and gotten much less of that code and started to getMAF code. Cleaned the maf sensors and then had the map code, cleaned both, But then thought for a minute, the air filters were K&N and the housing where one sits in has broken tabs so does not fully seat sealed. So I removed both and both were dirty so washed them and left them to dry (they are the washable ones) then had my son drive the car without the filters and rpm was fluctuating and died on him twice and got the map code. I am in loss on where to go from here. If the air filter housing was after the MAF I would have said that the housing affects the maf reading but its before so I doubt has anything to do with it, not sure why all of a sudden the maf and map are popping more and more. I know its common on Nissans but not sure what the solution is

So it sounds like you have a leak in the inlet of the turbo so I would check all turbo tubes, (inlet and pressure side), this will cause the code you have:

P2563 - Turbocharger Boost Control Position Sensor “A” Range/Performance

I would also check the turbo main shaft endplay. If the turbo is leaking internally it will cause problems as well, also once the MAF sensor has a code cleaning it will not work most of the time, I would get a new replacement for it. The turbo tubes must be fully sealed for the system to work correctly. Also, I have seen these tubes crack and leak as well so inspection is mandatory when these codes is present.

Here is a good video to help you find the leak if there is any

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LRKWV4Are5c

If you find a leak and fix it clear the codes after. Please go over this guide and get back to us.

Nice. Can you tell me what the inlet and pressure hoses? I only saw a tube from the airbag to the turbo which is what I replaced. This turbo also was replaced at Infiniti back at 30k

Follow the inlet side of the turbo to the intake manifold, this is where you cant have a leak. I would use the smoke machine in the video, there is a link to get it from amazon for about $70.00.

I ALREADY SMOKED IT BY INSERTING THE TUBE INSIDE THE OIL FILLER BUT ONLY SMOKE CAME OUT FROM THE AIR FILTER BECAUSE IT IS NOT SEALED ANYWAYS, BUT DIDNT SEE ANYTHING ELSE. THERE IS NO OTHER HOSE FROM THE TURBO EXCPET THE ONE GOING FROM TURBO TO THE AIRBIX, AND A MUCH SMALLER ONE GOING TO THE VALVE COVER

You are suppose to add the smoke machine inlet tube to the intake manifold system not the engine crankcase. FYI. Please rewatch the video to see what I am talking about.
