I would like to lubricate my car's convertible top and its trunk, but it seems impossible to do that because once I press and hold the up or down button, the top will go up or down until closes completely or open completely. In order to lubricate, I need to suspend the top and the trunk in mid air.

Can I do that? If so, how would I do that and would I damage anything while doing the suspension?

You should be able to get it into position one of two ways. Start the engine, push the open button, release it at the point you want the top to stop and shut off the engine at the same time.
Or operate the top in manual mode and place it in the correct position.
Here is a good write up on the manual method from the owners manual. It shows all the lube points as well.

Thank you for the advice, its very helpful. In addition, based on the owner manual, it not necessary to start the engine to open or close the convertible top. However, in your advice, you suggested it to start the engine while pressing "open " button and let go of it while the top is in the air. Is it because the hydraulic arm for convertible top needs power from the engine to sustain it in the air?

It's another method to open the top an hold it other than doing it the fully manual way. Both work.

Another question if you don't mind. I was told I could purchase a 2008 Lexux SC430 NAV upgrade for the vehicle GPS. How do I do it as far as the installation of the upgraded version DVD manually?

If you mean you are updating the current maps there is a menu in the system that will come up once you insert the update disc. However I would check that you are getting the newest updates as many manufacturers are well behind when it comes to their maps.
