After completing an engine swap the fuel pump is not getting initial prime?

Ls3 crate engine swapped into the vehicle listed above. Can’t figure out why the fuel pump isn’t getting initial prime when we’ve already checked the fuses, relays and the pump itself and they are all functional.

Did you swap the PCM as well? Are there any codes? There is a safety built in if the PCM does not see airflow from the MAF sensor it will not turn the fuel pump on. I need more information to help you. Also, is the security light flashing when you try to crank the engine over?
