LS leaking oil

LS is leaking oil. I went underneath to find the source. I observed there was a small drip on the filter. Also, I noticed that there appears to be a bolt missing on the oil pan. I am not sure if this is supposed to have a bolt or not. The missing bolt is on the driver side of the oil pan. I have attached a picture. Should there be a bolt here?

Wont open but yes, all bolts belong there. Have it checked at a shop for all bolts and tighten them
