When you crank up the vehicle it shuts off immediately?

You crank again, give gas and hold at 1,000 RPMs for a few seconds and release and the RPMs will drop to around 400 and lower then pick back up but never exceeding 500 RMPs. But I've noticed that the RMPs when stopping dropping low and to me below 500 or even below 400 is low.

This can be one of two things, first I would service the throttle body, next I would check for vacuum leaks when the engine is cold only. These guides and video will help you fix the problem:
