Cranks but not start. Has good spark and fuel delivery. Compression test showed low: 50 -75 - 50 -75. That's on cylinder 1, 2, 3 and 4. What could have caused that? Can a timing issue can caused that compression? Odd to me why 1 and 3 has same compression and 2 and 4 has same. Thanks

Good morning,

Low compression like this is usually the result of a failed timing belt.

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-a-timing-belt-works

remove the top cover and check the timing marks with the engine at top dead center.

I attached a picture of how the marks should line up.
