Loud engine knock after overheating?

My truck overheated and ever since then it's had a loud knock. It's in sync with the RPMs. So, when I accelerate it gets louder and faster.

Thanks for the video, it helps to see what's going on. this noise sounds like you have collapsed lifters, or the roller followers have come apart. I would remove the valve cover on the passenger side for an inspection; here is a video to help you see what's going on and what can be causing the noise.

This way you can see what may make the noise, also, please check the engine oil and change it if it is dirty. Please upload pictures or videos in your response.
