I have transmission fluid pouring out of the weep hole at the bottom where the engine and transmission/trans-axle bolt together.

I just drove this minivan ten hours the past weekend, (I am assuming just fine) and now this thing is pouring oil out of this weep hole.

I have verified it is not coming from the transmission cooler, and it does not look like it is coming from where the CV axles bolt in.

What would cause such a massive breakdown in such short a time?

That sounds like the front pump seal is leaking. It is more common for them to start leaking suddenly and unexpectedly. It is much less common for them to seep slowly at first, then build up to a bigger leak over time.
