Loses power when climbing a hill

Hello, I have a Sierra 2l, now when I climb a hill it loses power. What to check?

We do not have those in USA, but check fuel pressure with a gauge may be low causing problem. also, check fuel filter and if a carburetor you might want to rebuild it. See link.
