Lost all my keys and have no spare

I have the SUV listed above 4 door, SR5. I lost all my keys no spare. I bought a key smart and didn't work. I bought a plug and play master key didn't work. Pretty much I bought anything that I though will solve the problem. Know lock smith cant do it so my last thing is to take it to the dealer and pay $700.00. I tried resetting the computer nothing works. Or can it be reset and what is the right way? Or can you give me some advise on what to do.
