Loss of power

Very rarely when I drive the power seems to go, kind of like turbo, slowly lose speed but when I accelerate it does extremely slowly stick to a speed. Pull over turn engine off for a few seconds then start again and no problem. Please could you advise on this on what it could be.

Your car is going into limp mode meaning the computer has detected a problem. Lets start by reading the codes to help us get the problem fixed.
