Skoda specialist work carried out.

1. Carried out coolant pressure tested with no leak found and fault in memory.

2. Checked for water in EGR cooler no fault found.
3. Check for leak in car with no fault found.
4. Test drove found that engine is creating massive pressure and blowing water pass coolant cap!
Finally mechanic suspected internal engine fault will require engine strip possible or head gasket or head damaged block or charge cooler fault?

They are probably correct but here is how to confirm this. Take a look at this guide and it will prove out that the head gasket has failed:

We don't have a manual on this vehicle so we can't provide specifics but I suspect this is the issue. I would drive the vehicle so that it is warm but not overheated to the point of pushing out coolant and then test this. That will ensure you don't get a false result as sometimes the head gasket does not present itself unless it is hot.

Let us know what happens. Thanks

Dear sir,

I put it steelseal liquid for head gasket cracked repair seem to be no pressure in coolant as I mentioned my previous question! But now issue with coolant loss again. Also my car's heater blowing cold air instead of hot. I checked A/C working fine but no hot air anymore.
I experienced when I put it steelseal in my coolant this problem has in cured!

Just because you don't have pressure in the coolant does not mean the head gasket is ok. I would suggest testing it just to be sure because those seal products are not 100% effective.

However, if the head gasket is ok, and you are loosing coolant and have no heat then you have an external leak either outside the vehicle or in the heater core.

I would pressure test the system and make sure it can hold pressure. If it can't then we need to find the leak.

Let us know what you find. Thanks
