Losing power

After twenty minutes on interstate you exit on road with with stop signs lights etc, stop and go driving it loses power and seems to go into limp home mode.

There are many things which can cause power loss. Make sure it is not overheating in stop and go traffic first. Next, take a look through this link. It discusses the most common reasons for power loss and their symptoms.
