Key lock cylinder Replacement?

The key lock cylinder needed replacing. I bought one part # 69057-34040. When I put the cylinder in with the key, I can turn the key but cannot get the key out without removing the cylinder.

This is common when the correlation of the key and ignition switch is off. Here are instructions in the diagrams below to help fix the problem. Check out the diagrams (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.
