Where is the transmission filter located?

I am changing fluid and filter. Where is the filter located?

Yes, the transmission filter is on top of the transmission upside down and it looks like an oil filter for an engine, so it is not the typical in pan arrangement. here is an image of the filter location below #21. Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
