Where is the crank shaft located?

Hi,

The engine crankshaft is internal to the engine. I was able to find a pic showing how to check it. The picture is of the engine, upside down, and with the oil pan removed. I circled as much as I could. Note the arrow in the pic. That is just to indicate it continues to the opposite side of the engine block.

Let me know if this is what you are referring to or if it is something other.
