Where is the actuator for the vent control located stuck on defrost?

My problem is there are 4 actuators 3 on the passenger side 1 on the drivers side. Which one operates the vents the mode or blend? Also the temperature wouldn’t change.

Please see the attached document below. It shows the 3 actuators and the mode door is on the top. The blend doors (assuming you have dual zone) are below those. If the temperature won't change either then you have an issue with those as well. So you may just want to change them all. Please see the attachments on my previous post for more detail on this.
