Throttle position sensor location needed

I am trying to locate the placement on the throttle position sensor.

You selected the 4WD so I assume you have the AWD model which means you have the 2.4L turbo? It doesn't appear to matter as it results to the throttle position sensor because your vehicle has what is called a throttle unit. Then the ECM uses the accelerator pedal position sensor for both the pedal and throttle position. Take a look at where it says that the pedal and throttle are treated like they are mechanically connected.

Sorry if I was not clear, you don't have a traditional throttle position sensor. The ECM uses the APP signal and controls the throttle unit based on this. The throttle unit or Electronic Throttle Module is just an actuator that responds to what the ECM tells it to do. Here is the wiring diagram that shows just the throttle module.

What I have is no acceleration when pedal to floor and the ETPS light came on.

Based on the way your system works this could be a pedal position sensor, throttle control unit (throttle body) or the ECM. So let's get the codes and go from there. Thanks
