Little blinking light on dash not on or in with the check engine light area blinking very rapidly?

Little light on dash blinking very rapidly. Don't have the original key it was my brother's in laws. He died and so I'm trying to do my best to get this truck going for my sister. Anyways, no crank no nothing. She only has the metal key and I understand that it needs to key it has a transponder, but we don't have one and money is an issue. So, I'm trying to do it yourself bypass the patch module p a t s module get some help out there.

There is no way to bypass the module, I would put a new battery in the truck to get the electrical system up and running. Also, I would call a mobile locksmith to come out to do the job/program the ignition key it should cost about $250.00. This way you will have a new key, and the truck will start and run. Sorry to hear about your brother-in-law :/ Let me know if you need anything else.
