1993 towncar. 4.6 motor. 170,000 miles driving down roadand it died. Would not restart. Thought timing chain (it has duaol chains) but after taking it apart. The chains are fine. What else coould it be? It has spark and fuel.

An engine needs three things to run. Compression, fuel, and spark. Has the car become harder and harder to start over time?
