HELLO
I HAVE A 1994 LINCOLN TOWNCAR AND I HEAR A TERRIBLE SQUEAKING NOISE UNDER THE DRIVER SIDE TIRE IT SOUND REALLY RUSTY UP UNDER THERE, ESPECIALLY AFTER THE RAIN DRIES UP OT GETS WORSER. PEOPLE SAY I NEED TO GET IT LUBED UP AND OTHERS SAY UPPER AND LOWER BALT JOINTS NEED TO BE REPLACED. WHAT DO U THINK?\
OH AND MY RIGHT SIDE BLINKER ISNT WORKING RIGHT.
THE LIGHT COMES ON BUT IT DOES NOT FLASH I CHANGED THE BULBS AND FUSES ON THAT SIDE WHT ELSE CANI DO ABOUT THAT.

If the ball joints are squeaking. You will have to replace them, too late for grease now! As for the turn signal, check the pigtails for corrosion, that will be greenish colored paste inside!

You might want to have your local repair facility check the ball joints, control arm bushings, suspension, etc, etc etc.
As for the blinker, take the bulb off the left side & install it on the right side. If it works. You may be using the wrong bulb (even though it looks exactly alike). If not you may have a electrical or contact issue. If the contacts on the bulb socket looks corroded, clean it. If not have a repair shop check it out.
