Rough idle IAC valve?

I cannot for the life me find the IACV on this beast. It is not near the TPS and I looked at various pictures of what it is supposed to look like and there is nothing like in or near the intake. Is it possible Lincoln made an engine without the IACV? I have a 1994 Lincoln town car with a v8.

Idle Air Control (IAC) Valve is located @ #5 on center rear of engine, near left side of intake manifold. See diagram below:
