I have a 1994 Lincoln Town Car Limo with a rear heat and air system with a separate control panel.
Can not get the blower to come on. The front air works fine.
Can you tell me how to trouble shoot this?
Where is the rear blower motor located?

The rear air and heat are not Ford/Lincoln equipment, they are added by the company that turns the car into a limo. Due to this the system are different from conversion company to converson company.
I have worked on quite a few limos, the blower motor is generalally behind the front seat below the divider assembly. There should be a panel with fuses and relays in the same area. These will be the fueses and relays for the rear HVAC. There may be a box covering this equipemnt that has to be removed, but I have found there is usually just a thick vinal cover that is a similar colour as the interior.
There may or may not be a diagram that shows the wiring near or on the panel. If there is, great, check fuses and relays for the motor and the motor itself.
If not it's trial and hopefully little error. You could also try to identify the conversion company and if they are still in business you may be able to obtain a schematic from them. There should be a conversion or uplifter lable on the driverside door or door frame.
Hope this helps, let me know if you have any other questions.
