93 town car looses power to a point,it stalls sometimes when first driving from a cold start, but performs normally after 5-10 minutes, also climbing hills at low speed, the engine vibrates, but in passing gear it performs normally, and on straight it vibrates going into 3rd gear

Check the ECT(engine coolant temperature) sensor.
As for the tranny, check the fluid level and the tarnny mount at the tailshaft. When was the last time the fluid and filter where done?

UNKNOWN VEHICLE MAINT, CHECK ENGINE IS ON SOMETIMES, EXHAUST LEAK, CLAMPED WITH VICE GRIPS, AND PERFORMED BETTER, AFRAID 2 CHANGE FLUID DUE 2 165000 MLS, SHOULD I JUST CHANGE FILTER? WAS TOLD IN OLD CARS IF U CHANGE FLUID, WILL CAUSE TRANNY 2 SLIP OR FAIL. TRANNY SWITCHES FINE BUT VIBRATES UPHILL, AND 2ND INTO 3RD, BUT NOT ALLTHE TIME. SUSPECT O2 SENS, OR SPEED SENS ON TRANS, WOULD LOVE 2 MAKE DONATION, BUT GOTTA LOW PAY JOB. THANX 4 YUR HELP
