Hello,

Well, Yes and No.

It will start and run briefly. But does not neccessarily indicate bad fuel pump.

Could be Bad Pump Relay or clogged fuel filter.

Check relay first it is located under hood on driver side fender about midway. And if I am not mistaken there are 3 inline and it should be the middle one. One way to check is to look at the Numbers on the relay and then check out the other relays to see if the numbers match up, if one does just swap it, REMEMBER WHICH ONES YOU SWAP, and try starting the car. If starts replace relay. If still doesn't start check fuel pressure. Also can you hear the pump kick in for about 3 seconds when the key is turned to the ON position without starting?
