Our A/C qiuit working. We checked relays and fuses. Everything is fine. We figured out that the display is showing the exterior temp. As 10F/12C, and the owner's manual says A/c will not operated if outside temp is below 2C. Well the outside temp is 70F, so obviously there is a problem, but we don't know how to fix it. Is there a reset button or some way to reset the outside temp gauge? We have tried everything we can think of. Please help

There is no reset button for outside temp. Have the BCM scanned for codes to se if it has stored a fault in the temp sensor or circuit.Could be a bad/dirty temp sensor. All my locator says is right front of engine compartment. Here is a pic, not sure if it will help.

If you can locate the sensor, try cleaning it off with alcohol and a Q-tip, it may help it read more accurate
