The front end on these dont have grease fittings so they go dry over time. I use a needle adapter for a grease gun and pierce holes in the rubber boots on the front end components to get grease in there if they are not already worn out

Hello, its me again, my lincoln 2001, makes an annoying squeak noise when turning the steel wheel to the right, i`d like to know where exactly I have 2 shot with lubricant, a guy told me it was the axle, some other, the ball joint, I hope I will b just lubing, I got this car in jan 15 and everything is fine, just this sound makes me crazy, do I have to pull up the car? Or can I do by myself under it, power steering liquid change was performed 1 hour ago and the sound is still there, thanks 4 the answer n have a great day!

I would lube the ball joints and the tie rod ends. You can take it to a shop and they would probably do it for you with a oil change for free if you ask.
