Air Suspension

Hey I have a 1991 Lincoln Continental Exec Series and the car runs amazing but whenever I go over a bump or a speedbump there is a loud bang comin from the back of the car and im assuming its the air suspension and I even let it warm up for 20 minutes one time. It will be fine for one trip but then the next its horrible. Any help or info is greatly appreciated.

Once a month the air ride light comes on, but rarely.
