2000 Lincoln Continental rebuilt trans put in air suspensio

A mechanic put a rebuilt trans in my car automatic air suspension does not work right now I can hear it a little bit and it is pulsating over the gas pedal! Whats wrong?

If it worked before the tranny job, go back and have them fix it. Air line may be touching the accellerator cable if you feel it in the gas pedal.
