I have a bad mis-fire on random cylinders I replaced the spark plugs and checked the wires. What other areas should I look at.

Check fuel pump pressure, and when you checked the wires, What was the resistance? Check injectors should be 11-18 ohms, check IAC hook positive lead to the white/red wire of the harness connector and the neg to ground terminal of the iac. should be 6-13 ohms. Fuel pressure should be 35-55 with key on engine off. https://www.2carpros.com/car_repair_video/test_fuel_injection_pressure.htm
