The gas spits back when I try to fill the tank, It will fill slowly from a gas can but cant get a pump to work.
have pulled the gas tank and it and the pipes are clean & clear. The fresh air hose from the canister to the engine is clear. It seems the tank is not venting whentrying to fill.

Check the vapor valve on the top of the tank, also you may need new vapor lines or charcoal canister.

The vapor valve on top of the tank is molded?Glued into the tank. Does someone make a replacement valve or does the tank have to be replaced. The lines appear to be clear when air is blown through them but it also appears there are 2 valves on top?
Thanks

I believe yours will have to have a new tank. Take it in and have a shop do a charcoal canister test.
