1995 Lincoln Continental No power at fuel pump

Electrical problem
1995 Lincoln Continental V8 Front Wheel Drive Automatic 107K miles

I have new fuel pump, but no 12v to pump. Fuse is good and int sw has 12v and good. Pump works when jumped. Car sat for 12 months due to def (? )Pump. Where do I look now?
Appreciate any suggestions.

Check your fuel pump relay and the fuel pump cut off/inertia switch.

I finally found the problem. It turned out to be the
fuel pump module in the trunk. (Mounted on the psg side of rear seat) this unit also works in hand
with the ccrm mounted on the radiator support.
