There is a sensor "Ride-Height" that controls the adjustments of your suspension. You'll have to test this sensor before assuming it's bad.
You could also have a leaking air line or malfuntioning pump.
If you plan on doing your own work, write back and I'll walk you through the procedures. If not, take your car to a qualified shop.
