1994 Lincoln air ride

1994 Lincoln town car 116000 miles, I here air leaking out of the air ride pump every time I shut the car off also pump sounds bad, some one has put a trailer hitch on the car, could they have moved the air level switch on this car, will not leak air till you turn switch off, Help

Convert to coils and eliminte the air ride, if you want, I happen to think a good air suspension is a better ride.
