All at once the speedometer hand bounced all over, lost headlights, map lights, wipers, door locks, maybe more?

Hi,

The idea that these all failed at once doesn't sound like a fuse issue. I looked through the wiring schematics and they have different power supplies. However, the components you mentioned are controlled by the body control module. Take a look at pic 1 of the circuits controlled by this module. Check if any of them are working.

If none are working, check to make sure the connector is tight and not damaged. The Body Control Module (BCM) is concealed behind the driver side end of the instrument panel in the passenger compartment, where it is secured to the fuse panel side of the Junction Block (JB) with four screws. See pic 2

Let me know what you find.

Take care,

Joe
