Lights going on and off

So I just bought this car and first the traction control light started flashing then the battery light came on but would shut off when I hit two rpm's, but would keep coming on here and there. Replaced the battery and it still came on and then the whole panel shut off and came back on. I have noticed the headlights pulsing. If you could help me out I would appreciate it. Also, we have cleaned all connections.

All of these symptoms are typical of an intermittently-failing charging system. When it fails, the entire electrical system has to run on the battery and its lower voltage. There are dozens of computers on your vehicle, and they can become confused and do weird things when the supply voltage is low. That can include shutting their systems down, and turning on their warning lights to tell you.

The place to start is with a professional charging system test to include charging voltage, full-load output current, and "ripple voltage". I can interpret the results if you post them in your reply.
