Lifter or injector tick?

Bought this not to long ago. I know has lots of miles but very clean and well maintained. Has ticking noice which I was told normal injector tick for the 2.5l. Just wanting more opinions.

This is a lifter tick, camshaft actuator noise or the timing chain guide has let go, I would change the engine oil and filter and add a bottle of Lucas engine oil additive. I have seen this work wonders for these kinds of noises.

Also, these engine have balance shafts which can make the noise as well, but try the engine oil change and additive first. Before having the disassemble the engine. Also, does the noise go away if you rev the engine? This can help us see what is going on.
