1994 Lexus SC 400 Master Cylinder

When I press My brake pedal it goes to the floor when the cars on. It Builds Pressure when the cars off when I press it. Some say its air in the system I should bleed the abs. Some say its the actuator. Some say its a traction control/ brake system computer recall. Some say its the master cylinder.

There are no recalls nor are there any TSBs (Technical Service Bulletin) for this issue. However, the first and easiest place to start troubleshooting is by bleeding the brake system. Post results of bleeding system and I will follow up.
