Lexus ES250 will not start

I have a lexus ES250 that just had the engine replaced with the toyota 2.0 engine. The guy working on it had it up and running. The low fuel light came on. He shut it off and put more gas in it. And now it engine just turns. It is getting fuel. It is getting spark at the spark plug wire. All fuses were checked. What in the world is stopping this car from starting now?

Try this. Remove all the plugs and just jump ur starter. Crank it on & off 20 sec each time for 2 minutes. Put everything back and see if it start. If it doesn't then place a plressure gage inline to the supply side of the injectors. If u don't see more than 35 psi. Its probably u burn ur pump dn becuz of no gas. Good luck
