I found another unit with the part number P1703 at a local parts dealer. It seems to have the same features and buttons. Will this unit work to replace the old one?

I have a stock Pioneer Lexus Premiumm Sound system. It is a Tape player, AM FM Radio with a CD button. It does not have a slot for CDs but has a seperate in-dash 6 disk CD Changer. The part number on the face of the unit is: P1707
