When I cruise between 45 to 50 mph, the front end shakes like I have a flat or unbalanced tire. As soon as I let up off of the accelerator, or I accelerate, it goes away. It doesn't happen at lower speeds (40 or lower) or at higher speeds (55 or higher). The steering wheel does not shake, pull or anything. If I accelerate, it doesn't feel like I am losing power. 45 mph and foot on accelerator, it shakes. 45 mph and foot off the accelerator, no shaking. Only happens when cruising.

So it sounds like it is in the drivetrain. If possible raise the vehicle in the air, put in in drive and bring the rpms up and look for the vibration source. Most likley I would expect and axleshaft.
