Hi there,

The first thing that you need to do is get the oil pressure tested with a mechanical gauge, lets see what the actual pressure is first, start here.

OK, oil pressure sounds fine, so I would be replacing the pressure switch, no I would get a scan done and look for a faulty knock sensor, as I feel it is a timing issue causing this rattle, if it is there under acceleration, I would be fairly sure that we may be looking at a knock sensor,
