I'm having a coolant leak. It really seems to be leaking from the cover right behind the crank pulley which has a small square hole on the bottom of the cover. Is this a simple fix and a common problem? I would think it would be leaking from the water pump but doesn't seem so or from the radiator. I don't know why it would be leaking so far down on the motor by the oil pan behind the crank pulley. Could anyone please help? Thanks L.K.

First, do you have any water in the engine oil, or, does the oil look like a chocolate malt? The coolant may be from the front cover and tracking down along the timing cover. This isn't a "common" problem but, it does happen.
