1990 Lexus LS 400 temperature control module on top of radi

I started replacing this morning but im stuck, I removed the air vents and the two screws holding it but I just dont know what to do next, i've tried taking out the astray holder but it won't budge please help.

Are you talking about the control head for the heater, A/C in the dash? My software has instructions, but no pics.
Remove upper shift console panel
Remove ashtray
Remove register from above radio (vent)should pop out
Remove 4 screws and remove radio and control assembly
Remove 4 more screws and pry apart side claws and remove control assembly

Most panels should just pop in and out with clips.

Ok I changed the module and its still the dispaly is still not working and my glove box lights are out so im guessing its the fuse but i've changed that and still nothing help

My wiring diagram of that car is almost impossible to read. Try checking every fuse with a test light. Also try swapping the heater relay with another one to see if that will work
