i put wrong way jumper leeds to recharge my battery, there iwas a spark on the battery terminal, after charging I can start my car but I can not pull my auto gair on " D " for Drive and and fuel gage and speedo meter neadle is not working

i chacked all the fuses they r all OK, what is the next you think possibley problem
